I waited for one facemark from them for three weeks and the facemark is huge... It goes all the way up to my eyeballs... I am extremely disappointed with them and my order. I demanded a refund and they did not honor their responsibility.

Product was not what I expected.
When checking out online there was a drop down that said, enter credit card number now. I didn't realize that it was a shopping network membership and it took several days to cancel that and reorder. Not happy about that!
