I ordered when there was a special that said with any order you would get 150 free. I did not receive the 150 free so that was disappointing I felt like it was false advertisements.

Update: The buttons looked great and arrived on time. The only concern I had is the font size. I had chosen a size 16 font (Arial, I think, or something similar) and it printed out about a size 8 or 10. I would have chosen a larger font size if I had realized. Other than that, everything turned out great!
Ordered wrist bands 3/5; had to create two tickets with customer service; last ticket someone acted. THANK YOU. I needed bands by tomorrow and received them today 3.19 through fedex.

Wow. Great service, even on Sunday. Awesome turnaround time. I requested and paid for standard shipping, and I got the merchandise within 48 hours instead of 4 - 5 days as expected. Very impressive. I called for a billing issue on my credit card that same Sunday, and it was resolved immediately by the one person answering the phone within minutes in the most courteous fashion.
