Watch out for hidden cost such as shipping, handling, and taxes, ect. These were not included on the original price, only after I received a confirmation email did I see the extra costs.

I had to call FOUR times. Four. I had originally called because it said my order was on hold. Now, since I paid a 20% fee for 1-2 day production and then another $18.88 for 2 day shipping to have them ASAP, of course I called. The woman I spoke with was EXTREMELY rude, and that's an understatement. I have never been treated so horribly by someone I'm giving my business and money to. What made it even worse was that she was the customer service manager. I called just to see what the issue was and she said that they couldn't find the artwork. The best part about that, it was artwork from your site, it wasn't my own artwork. So the ONLY thing I asked for was my 20% production fee back, that's it. She was extremely rude and said that she cannot and will not do that. So I proceeded to ask to speak with someone over her. She said, "There is no one over me." After I asked her if she owned the company she then asked if I would like for her supervisor to call me back, and of course I said yes. That phone call, never happened. I'm sure she just didn't say anything to anyone and assumed I would just let it go. TWICE, she interrupted me and said, "Are you done talking? I gave you your time to speak." She also said that what happened was my fault because I'm not keeping up with my email. The emails I received regarding just the issues with my order, went straight to my junk mail but everything else I get from you guys I receive in my inbox. I got a registration confirmation, a purchase confirmatio, and this survey all in my inbox. But the issues with my order went to my junk mail?! Even IF it was all my fault, someone in customer service should NEVER speak to a customer that way. I've worked in customer service for 12 years as a manager and that would be completely unacceptable by any employee of mine. All I wanted was 20% back that I had paid for a service that didn't happen. I wasnt asking for anything unfair, at all. If my customer was feeling the way that I had, I would refund the 20% and then some just for the inconvenience and to keep them coming back and so our companies reputation isn't shot. I was so infuriated and red faced I forgot to even ask for her name. Since I never received a call back from her supervisor, I called back myself and luckily got someone different and he was beyond amazing and took care of me the way I thought I would have when I called the first two times. What's sad, is that even without a name he said he was about 90% sure who it was, which only means I'm not the first she has treated this way. It's was awful and I was in tears. How could someone so mean even be allowed to be in customer service? All I wanted was to make sure I hve my koozies in time for my wedding and it got way out of hand. She definitely needs to be dealt with, whoever the devil on the other side of the phone was.
I placed my order on February 12 and was told 7 days for production and 7 days for shipping. Those dates are also on my invoice. I did not receive a delivery and so I called on March 12 to check on the order. The customer service representative explained to me it was my fault and I should have known that shipping always takes 7-14 days. I pointed out that maybe someone should change the information on the ordering page and website to make that clear. She said again that I should know that. I pointed out the exact language on my invoice and that even by her expanded calculations I still should have gotten the package a week ago. Only then did she agree to get me a tracking number. It was really disappointed to be treated poorly and be blamed for a package that was clearly not where it needed to be. In the end, they did arrive on time today and look good. The only issue I have is that the clips tend to come off of the lanyards and maybe could be clamped on a little harder. But I am glad to have received them and they look good.
I have been ordering from 24 Hour Wristbands for 3 years. They made a mistake on one of my 6 orders and I sent back the wristbands but they never corrected it... and I'm still ordering from them. That is how good the quality is compared to the competition. Even when they mess up, they're still the best.
