There was a hidden cost when i got my email confirmation it showed a non disclosed to the naked eye fee - must of been in the terms & conditions... plus i don't know if i'm getting the advertised free 100 wristbands
The entire process really couldn't have been easier. I received my rush order on time. The quality was exactly as I'd hoped. I'll be back!
I placed my order yesterday but did not receive an email confirmation. All of our credit card information was entered and I need to be sure this will not be charged twice. I had to redo the order online today when I called and was told our order was not in the system. They transferred me to customer service but when I was on hold the call dropped. Same thing happened yesterday - and I am on a land line so i know it is not my reception. I also called because we have a resale certificate and wanted to know how to give this information to you.
I have not heard back from the above comment, which is frustrating since we would like to give you our resale certificate. I also thought we should have received the order on 3/10 based on when we ordered and the produciton and delivery methods we selected, but we did not receive until 2/11.
Pretty great
I didn't realize there would be an extra shipping fee on the free 100 bracelets and was only expecting a certain price and was disappointed in the extra fees that I didn't know about until after my card was charged.
I thought I ordered a double sided paddle but only received a single sided one. Can you please adjust the pricing for this to reflect only the single sided price?
