I placed an order at 9am on a Monday morning for some can koozies for a baby shower the following Saturday. Before placing the order, I spoke with a customer service representative and she assured me that with the 24 hour turn-around and 2 day expedited shipping, I would receive my order by Friday. So, I placed the order and was excited to have a cute favor for the guests of the shower to use and take with them. With the "guaranteed 24 hour production" I was told that the order would ship out Tuesday afternoon. On Wednesday morning when I realized the order wasn't even completed yet, much less shipped, I called customer service again to see if I needed to either upgrade the shipping or cancel the order altogether, because I needed them to be delivered on Friday. This represntative was very rude, however she too assured me that I would still receive my shipment on Friday. I was on the phone with FedEx multiple times Friday because my package did not appear to have made it to town yet. It did not arrive at my local shipment facility until Saturday afternoon, when I had long since left town for the baby shower. I realize that the company cannot control the delivery time of the package once it is in the hands of fedex; however I was assured that my package would ship on Tuesday afternoon, and it didn't ship out until 5pm on Wednesday. Had it shipped when I was told that it would, it would have had time to get to me. So now I have 50 baby shower koozies for a baby shower that has already passed. I spoke with customer service again, and the best they could offer me was a 30% refund. I am very displeased with my entire experience and I would not recommend doing business with this company.

It would not let me check out without logging in. However, I can't remember my password. So, I clicked forgot password. I never got the email with my new password, so I had to use a different email and set up a new log in. It took longer then I wanted and now I won't get the email. I just wanted to order these quickly. I didn't want to have to set up a whole other account and now I won't receive the email receipt.
Very easy & I love the option of being able to order from the USA even if it is for a little extra charge and hopefully I'll be able to make a bigger order next time.
This is so easy it is scaring me - ha ha ha. I will better be able to comment when the order is received on time...due to the snow the order came in one day late, BUT it was shipped on time from your warehouse so you all did your job. The product is excellent quality, the copy is reproduced exactly as the proof, and the overall job looks GREAT. Thank you, thank you, thank you...
I created my bands, chose my production time, chose a shipping option and was given a total. I entered my credit card information to pay for my order (according to the total that was showing on the screen). Once I entered my card info, I was taken to another screen which had a different total. The new total was over $42 more than what had been on the screen when I entered my card number. Since production and shipping were included with the first total I certainly was not expecting my total to change. I felt like this was deceptive and I immediately called customer service and cancelled my order. I am still in my waiting period for your company to refund my money. If this is your normal business practice (to change your price charged AFTER getting a customer's credit info), I simply don't know how anyone would want to do business with you. I know after this experience (my first with your company), I will not be shopping with your company nor would I recommend you to anyone.
3/3/2015: So far so good. Now as long as I get them by saturday! 3/6/2015: I received my order yesterday! I was very impressed with the speed and quality of the items. I will definitely be using 24hourwristbands.com again!

Easy and competitive pricing
I ordered wrist bands that were supposed to be individually wrapped with my name on the package & it did not come that way. I received all 200 bands in one package. Im also still waiting for my other order
I tried to order by phone which I have done numerous times and your company rep was totally clueless. Unreal!
Answer: Go to your local sign store such as Signarama and buy local and they are the same price with no shipping charges.
