The only place that was willing to make coozies on such short notice! My expectations were exceeded when I saw the final product!
I called to have the order adjusted to read, "Sir Bunts Mixer 03.27.15", but the representative never added the S to bunt so it reads, "Sir Bunt Mixer 03.27.15". Not satisfied that I waited on the phone for 30min, paid $65 and still didn't get the order right. Unsure I will advise people to use this service again.

I called customer service to find out date of expected in hand delivery. I had requested 4 day rush. Every effort was made to move up to Saturday. My thought was that was 4 days. I didn't receive until Tues the next week. It didn't make my goal, but

I feel that the "pricing" of the 100 free wristbands is deceiving. My total before I received an email confirmation of my order never showed the $15.00 handling fee. After I called customer service, she stated that it is on the page where I selected the free wristbands. She is correct, but you must scroll way below the "Add To Cart" option and there was no asterisk indicating all of the "asterisked" information below. When I originally noticed the price difference, I filled out a customer service ticket, to which I never received a reply. And lastly, I have ordered debossed wristbands in the past and have been satisfied. This order was for printed wristbands. I was not happy with all of the ink smudges and uncentered lettering.
