I initially ordered 400 wristbands (including the fee ones) but later received an email that one of the colors I ordered was out of stock. I called and cancelled that portion of the order (200 bands) but the full order was still billed to my credit card.
Very easy to choose the options I wanted and design my lanyard. Very easy shopping experience. The lanyards are very high quality.

Your instructions were easy to follow, I resized my photos and placed them in a word document sized to your instructions, converted the document to PDF and they show up very clear on the cups. I will definitely be buying more cups with different family photos!
The site seemed very easy to navigate and make the order. I would have liked a *preview* image of my photo on the product (mug) like some other places do to display... BUT having now recieved my order, I am MORE than happy with it! Absolutely 100% happy. Can't rave enough of the quality and particularly the speed in which this was turned around and arrived. The price also was excellent. Thankyou SO much.

I needed buttons fast, so I ordered them on Monday and had them by Thursday. The only negative was I did not receive tracking information, so I had to call customer service to verify that my order was going to be delivered on time.
The chat function was of no help. Also, long hold times.
