Ordering was easy. Customer Service needs to be better. On the first call I made I spoke w a male, he was very kind and helpful. On the next two calls that I made I spoke to females, they both were rude. Other than that my experience was good.

Great site; easy to navigate and design bracelet. 100 free is not really free with $15 shipping. No real difference to ship since in a plastic mailer and certainly only minimal production cost.

I was pleased to have the bonus 100 count bands. The image online for the preview showed larger relation to the band compared to the actual print. I am not pleased with the amount of blank space. Also, I think it would have been better if it would have been more noted that the quality of the print on the bands isn't as nice as the embossed option. I am happy with the amount of time it took from the order date until the received date.

Love that I can buy a little or a lot of different colors. Only thing I didn't like was when I received them I noticed right off that certain colors have a thicker shoelace like string and others were a lot thinner. Love the thicker ones. Not so excited about the thin ones but they will work.

I placed an order for tumblers on 3/6/15. They arrived quickly but were the same quality as gas station cups, completely unusable by my business. I contacted them about a return and the customer service was non existent, the person I talked to was rude, impersonal and cold. They never even asked me why I wanted to return the cups! I returned the item and my tracking number shows the product was delivered on 3/18/15. I waited and waited and they simply closed my ticket saying my issue was "confirmed solved". No one contacted me by any method of communication to say yes we received your product and were refunding your money. I waited for my refund until 3/27/15 and contacted 24hourwristbands again. They told me yes they received my tumblers back and they had just put in for a refund that day. Really they received the product but didn't put in for a refund until nine days later just on the date I called to see what was going on. I figured they were only just then refunding my money because I called to complain. Well now it's 4/2/15 and I don't have my refund. They said it could take 5-7 days but my bank doesn't show any pending refunds. My bank is refunding my money and will go after 24hourwristbands for me. I will never order from them again.
