Horrendous experience, customer service was terrible, I was lied to on multiple occasions by multiple people and the only answer I was given was "Sorry nothing we can do about that." Customer Service manager was rude and no help. There is a lot of competition in your market, I chose you because you were local and I thought I would get my product on time if not quicker and keep my business in my area. Next time I will be sure to use one of your competitors. Despite reading several bad reviews, I decided to give you my business, what a mistake now I know why. I work for one of the largest retailers in the world, you lost our business for good. Very disappointed.

Had extreme difficulty with Customer Representative attemptitng to explain how the product was printed. Had to change color due to out of stock condition and just wanted to know if the band was reversible and if the reverse could be the new outside and therefore print on that side.

We ordered items on Monday, Feb. 23,2015 and did not get them until March 30th. Our event had passed. The website to order does not leave much to desire. I ordered you you guys before and the experience was perfect. Not sure what happen this time.

I certainly had a positive overall experience and would do business again. However, I did think that the way costs were progressively revealed on the Website was a bit off-putting. I started the process with a certain cost range in mind, based on the tenor of the Website, but found that many options (not for elaborate upgrades) inflated the cost as I went along and the final invoice was much less competitive with a local supplier than I expected it to be. I will simply be more aware next time as I start the process.

Quick easy and had color scheme i wanted-But when received over half of them were unreadable and colors were blurred into each other. Also was suppose to receive wristbands free with order and all were key chains.

The subtotal did NOT display the shipping or tax that is added after you confirm your order. I had to contact customer service due to a $30 price increase from the subtotal to the adding of the other. 24 hours NOT! It took 2 wks to get the final product here.
