Honestly, ordering was easy. It's the usps tracking that was frustrating. It told me an expected delivery date, but showed up 4 days later. Other than that, everything was great.

I'm really happy with the overall product! And the price was great!

However, it took almost 20 days to receive my order when I was guaranteed 3 day production time and 5 day shipping.

I ordered on March 21 and on March 23 I received a delivery confirmation email, but that was not the case. I waited a few days and contacted Customer Service. I did not receive a response to my query at all.:(

I finally received my order last night, April 9. I am disappointed that it took so long to receive my order as the buttons were for an event last week.:(

I ordered wristbands to raise funds for travel, lodging, and food when the baby goes to have her transplant...1st issue...order total was more than when it was approved by me...I called customer service...first time Amber answered and hung up on me when I told her I had a complaint...than a guy answered second time.and he was nice but no help as far as them charging me more than what it said initially...very disappointing that you are misled...you order and get the free 100 wristbands and they charge you additional shipping so it's not free anymore guys...when I paid for one day shipping already...it ended up being more was shipping/handling than for the product we ordered...kinda disappointing.

I liked the ease of ordering. I wish OVERNIGHT shipping was an option though. Would pay extra for that peace of mind.

**Update: It took a couple additional calls but I was able to have my order expedited and I am super pleased with how quickly I was able to receive my items.

Total cost should be displayed before credit card number is entered and order confirmed. $60 in additional taxes and fee AFTER entering credit card info and submitting order is unacceptable and unprofessional. This practic makes your company appear to lack transparency and honesty.

My only complaint is that I got the notification that my order was in 'sewing' every 5 minutes until it moved on to packaging... I literally had 20 of the exact same notification. Maybe the triggers for that email need to be tweaked?

Otherwise, great experience.

Hope they are as nice as they were easy to order. I ordered segmented bracelets, and I got something all swirly. Not a big deal, but coupled with your fine print about the extra shipping and handling of the "free" 100 bands, (which by the way came in the same box, so there was no EXTRA shipping of them) I won't recommend you to other organizations.
