Have ordered from for several years now. I've never had any problems. The customer service is excellent.
The ordering process is extremely smooth. This is my first order, so I cant report on quality, delivery, etc.
Wanted to order bottle coolers but did not see them on the initial page and search did not provide information on them. This was a little frustrating and not easy!
Love the easy quick ordering process and fantasitc prices! For those who do not need wristbands within 48 hours, the shipping could be offered at a lower price - the wristbands could have been placed in a regular mailer envelope and shipped via USPS at a slower rate for a lot less cost. Other than that, very pleased with my experience and will order again!
I like the prices, the ease of ordering, but the website isn't completely clear on a few things.
The 100 free wristbands is not clear what I will be receiving.
The opportunity to message someone didn't work a dozen times in a row.
There is no way to find a guarantee date of delivery.

I received the order quickly and accurately. I believe the product is what you would expect.
If all these things were clear and/or if these things show up in the time that I am projecting, these ratings would increase to 4 and 5 stars.
As long as I receive my order as quickly as I have requested, I will most definitely use this company again, and recommend to others.
--UPDATE: Order received well within stated time. Final price was however, misleading. Every step in the order process showed my final price to be $86. After confirming order, I received an email stating that my final price was $112, which is $26 more than expected. I was in too big of a rush to argue; these bracelets were for a large group of cancer survivors, and I was not going to let them down. Next year I may use another company.
Very easy to use and navigate...order arrived as promised.
Very quick and easy. I have used 24-Hour before and was quite pleased. This time I selected the dual color wrist bands with embossed lettering. I should have been able to advise you of which color I wanted the embossed lettering to be placed. Some of the lettering printed on the black, some on the silver and some of the lettering on both the black and the silver; a few of the band lettering was muddied.
Everything arrived on time and looked good!
After a brief hiccup of the item I ordered being on backorder and not notified until after check out, customer service helped me get a substitue item, which we ended up liking better. I received a quality product at a great price and on time. Thank you, I will be a repeat customer.
Horrible - my order was printed wrong. I called twice to Alaska for proofs prior to print including the day after I ordered and never receive one as was promised both times. Thus the print size was wrong and I am VERY dissatisfied! Will never use company again unless this is rectified.
Excellent quality wristbands! They are sure to add a dynamic aspect to our event!

After getting the survey link that said my order should be here, it took me submitting a ticket for the items to be shipped. Then, upon receipt of the wristbands, the inner message was missing. If you need correct orders in a timely fashion, I hesitate to recommend this site.
