Love the bracelets, always nice
I did a search engine for wristbands. This is the first one i saw. Easy navigation through the site. I outlined what i wanted. After i placed my order, i realized that i needed the wristbands a tab bit earlier. Called customer service. I spoke to Tim who was quite accomodating and i received my wristbands the very next day! Great experience on something that in my part was my error, but my error was corrected in a timely manner.

There was a price shock at the end. When I placed the order the total was around $162.00. When the e-mail verification came through there was an additional $26.00 for taxes and shipping? Why wasn't that shown prior to my ordering?
Very happy with the product and most likely would have ordered anyway if I knew about the extra $26.00 ahead of time. Just seems like you are trying to sneak in an extra charge?
A how-to demo on setting up the graphic for production would be cool!
This was a perfect experience from start to finish. The buttons are absolutely wonderful and shipped just as quickly as you promised! We loved the updates as our artwork moved through the various departments to completion. Thank you for such a beautiful job!

Online shopping was perfect. When I called the toll free number I was irritated by the person taking the call who had said he could help me out to view a preview of my product, but then couldn't do anything until I paid a penny... Not very good customer service, you should always be able to preview the product first. The product will suffice, as we were disappointed that the picture showed up dark. We appreciate your fast manufacture and Immediate shipping options.
Easy to use the site. When choosing the fonts it would be nice to see what they look like right there. And would be nice to have a preview before you buy, Or an email to approve the design. Overall pleased with the look. Was 1 day late due to fed ex problem.
I had significant issues with my previous order and had to call several times to get the issue corrected. I had to purchase additional items after the fact as the sales person would not allow me to add to my order to get all the items on time. This was the most discouraging process I have ever dealt with.
