It would be nice if you showed the complete order (product, shipping, price) before the submit button. I had no choice but to submit order on the subtotal. Would be nice to know exactly how much I was to pay, before I pay. Other than that, great site. Easy to use.

I wish there was a way to see a mock up of the product with the printing before I completed purchase and also the total of the handling fee was not anywhere on my order until it was already charged onto my card. I do love the product though and am very pleased with the printing on the cozies :)

Great service, great price, the delivery was fast and the bracelets look awesome! I was so excited to see that the logo was not just printed once on each bracelet, but 3 times! ThE site was easy to follow. However, I got no confirmation email to let me know my order went through. I enjoy the product I got very much and may use this again in the future.

I called the customer service line and informed the person that the wristbands weren't very readable. She told me I would receive an email but I am yet to receive it. I hadn't followed up again due to my time constraints.

Comparable prices, just wish you could see a preview of your personalized product before purchase. After receiving my product, I was extremely pleased with the quality of the item.
