ThE site was easy to follow. However, I got no confirmation email to let me know my order went through. I enjoy the product I got very much and may use this again in the future.
I called the customer service line and informed the person that the wristbands weren't very readable. She told me I would receive an email but I am yet to receive it. I hadn't followed up again due to my time constraints.
Comparable prices, just wish you could see a preview of your personalized product before purchase. After receiving my product, I was extremely pleased with the quality of the item. I was also impressed with the quick response to my email regarding a color change. 24hourwristbands.com will be a frequent internet shop I will most definitely visit in the future. BIG PROPS! *****

It was very easy shopping. The color was not what I expected. Neon yellow was too close to reg.yellow. But everything else was good.

Its difficult to understand why there are additional costs.
