Paying to high for shipment/ my previous order was not on file/really wanted the ink embossed/ what I had last time/disappointed but we will see... Got order half of bracelets are crooked and the bracelet itself are cut crooked... Will not be ordering again. Will def find someone else but thank you.

Overall great experience. The products were delivered much earlier than expected. The only down side is that there was no option before the final "Submit order" to review every detail of the order, including the text on the product.

I used your website to order can coolers for my band. Your site was incredibly easy to use. I uploaded my artwork, described what I wanted, and you folks took care of it. The products were exactly to my specifications and they arrived faster than I could have even hoped. I placed my order a little before midnight on a Thursday night and by the next Thursday the can coolers were on my front doorstep, and that was with everything at the standard rate. It felt great to see my artwork flawlessly recreated on quality products. This order was something of a test to see if I would ever want to use your company again and the answer is yes. You will be getting my business again and I will definitely recommend your company to anyone looking for printing services.

Received my wristbands earlier than expected and they are perfect! Customer Service assisted me to correct a mistake I made myself, and I was treated with courtesy and problem solved! Raised my ratings to 5-star and mean it!

I received the youth size wristbands and they were smaller than I really wanted. I spoke to a representative about the adult size and I was lead to believe they would be too big for teenagers. I already opened the packages and have begun distributing them--I really want some adult sizes but since we are a new startup nonprofit organization--we do not have the funds to buy the adult sizes just yet.

I had to call customer service due - i was on hold for several mins and was disconnected as soon as i was number one in line. I also received an email with FALL80 as a code for free shipping and rush order.but i added that to my order but it did not take.? You are promoting free shipping but are unable to use it? That doesn't sound like good business.
