Simple, quick turnaround and affordable
Lots of products at reasonable prices, but set up fee for shirts is too high for small order.
Free 3 day production did not happen. I had to call 3 times and send 2 emails to get them to agree to speedy delivery after production was behind schedule. On a positiver note, they did get order to me on time.
All good except for length of cord should be included in description. We are shooting in the dark here.
Once received, the badge holder was not what we ordered. Customer service is working with us to resolve the problem.
Hope the product is as good as the service. This is true. I received the bracelets and they look awesome just like the picture. Everyone really likes them at work. The only negative thing I can say is that I wish they were bigger. A lot of the men can't wear them. But overall really like the product and the price. I would definelty order again from here.

I found the customizing of my wristbands easy. And, the wristbands look GREAT! But, the ordering was not so clear. I was surprised at the final cost of the wristbands after all the additional costs were added...I did not see this total before I checked out. I should know how much the shipping, handling and tax charges change my order total before submitting my order. If it was there, it was not obvious to me...which it should be. I also think that I should get an email with a tracking number when my order ships. Instead I had to ask customer service for the number. When reviewing my order history, the wristbands were done in 24 hours but not shipped until 5 days later...seems like someone may have dropped the ball on getting this one out...luckily I did get in the amount of time that I paid for which was 5 day shipping...I know it got here in two days instead!
They are just way too small. I didn't realize that the square paper would be 1.5 by 1.5 but the image is microscopic.
It was really easy. I was concerned because it seemed though I had chosen one day production and it took a little longer. However, the wristbands came in plenty of time and seemed to be pretty well done. Thanks!
I cannot log in and it doesn't recognize my email address even though I've ordered before. Also, the ordering process is tedious.
We needed "21 and Over" wristbands for an event this weekend, and 24hourwristbands delivered what we needed and when we needed it. Very satisfied with all aspects of the purchase and will definitely use them again.
