Good product
It was super easy, provided urgent shipping and made in USA, which is a big deal to us. We just placed the order but if it is how good as what they say, I'm all in on this site!

It was really frustrating that I couldn't go back to change an existing order. I had to start over and delete the previous design. The prices are great, though. They also had a lot of options for designing.
GREAT EXPERIENCE
When I placed the order, I found nothing on the website that said production time was going to take a minimum of 6 days. It may have been there but I did not see it. All I saw was delivery time of 5 days. Since I needed the wrist bands a lot sooner than I actually got them I would never have placed the order and found something else to reward my Home Depot associates with. Also, when I called to inquire as to ETA, the representative told me that they had shipped without benefit of an e-mail to inform me. On a good note, the wristbands are actually awesome.
