My only negative was that a packing slip was not enclosed. Really needed that for our accounting process.
I ordered tote bags and a rush delivery. The job was produced and shipped quickly, but 1/4 of my order was unacceptable. If someone had checked the order before it went out, the mistakes would have been caught. Definitely need a quality assurance person to check the order before it is packed. Also, the packing was just the totes in a bag. The bag had no padding and the contents could have easily been damaged. The tote bags I ordered came out looking wrinkled and crumpled. If they had shipped in a box or just used tissue paper, the end result would have been better.
The shipping took a while but the product was very nice over all I would buy from them again and recommend them to others
