It was a very easy website to follow. When I placed my order I requested royal blue cozies. I received a phone call later in the afternoon to inform me that you were out of that color. I was not at my computer when I received this call. As we discussed colors, the only color close was neon blue. I asked about camo colors but had a difficult time understanding him. We agreed on camo (I thought it would be the blue camo.) I received the order today and my board is not happy with them. I would of liked to receive a proof before final printing.

When I came to 24hourwristbands I was looking to replace an old bracelet made from a different custom-printing website - it had served me well but the information on it (my username and website) were outdated. I looked around at quite a few custom-printing websites that offered bracelets to compare prices/products. In the end I found that 24hourwristbands had the best prices, and offered several wristband colours that most other websites didn't offer.

I closely followed the e-mails sent to me about where my bracelet was in production. Although the production time sometimes seemed a little lengthy (almost a whole day just for clean-ups and quality checks?), the shipping time completely made up for the wait - my bracelet arrived only two days after I got notification that it had been shipped! Now, that's what I call fast shipping - and this was standard, not rush!

I only ordered one bracelet as I wasn't sure how the printing quality would come out and didn't want to get multiples in case I didn't like the end result - well, I do like the finished product, so in future orders I will order more than one.

The only thing I was not completely satisfied with was the poor product description for the glow-in-the-dark bracelets; before I came to 24hourwristbands' website I had never seen glow-in-the-dark products offered in any colour but the standard green. I ordered a glow-in-the-dark pink bracelet expecting that when adequately charged and put in a dark room, it would glow a pink colour. I did not realize that although the bracelet was pink, the glow would still be green. I was disappointed because the product picture for the pink glow-in-the-dark bracelet shows it with a PINK glow around it, which leads the customer to believe that it glows pink. Although I still like my bracelet, I wish I'd known that it was going to glow standard green, because I probably would have ordered an entirely different non-glowing colour.

Overall I am satisfied with my order with 24hourwristbands.com. I would definitely shop with them for custom bands again, and I would recommend them to any friend in the market for a custom band - although I'd warn them about the glow-in-the-dark colours!

I placed the order expecting to get a preview of my order. I asked questions on the "talk to customer service" I asked questions about the colors, etc. I expected to see a proof and didn't get one. I went on line to see if I could find my order, and all it replied with was contact customer service. I called customer service 3 times and never got a pick up to talk to anyone. I received my order, I do like the final product because it is exactly as I wanted, BUT, if the order was not right, it would have been your fault for not answering me or sending me a proof. I will probably order again but only with proof of product before it is completed.
