Good product. Would buy from again. Website could have given better descriptions of what each style of band was and the product "preview" could have shown both colors (I got a color coat black/green, but the preview was black/black...thought the final product would be all black, the inside was green though. Not a big deal, but the preview was black/black.) It was one of those "can't see the actual product in person" experiences. Overall, very pleased with the product and service.
My order was a great price and quality. I loved being able to find what I was looking for at a reasonable minimal quantity. My ordering process was easy but I there is no preview of your cart with shipping and handling charges added. You get a total cost only AFTER your credit card is charged. I would give them 5 stars on the website but until this feature is addressed I can only give three.

Also, when I tried to call customer service, they referred me to a phone number that was incorrect somehow. The person that answered seemed annoyed and said "Oh, you're looking for the wristband people. That's not us." Didn't really know who to call after that. Was just looking for a tracking number, but nobody seemed to know how to help me.

The one thing that wasn't as expected was that I had ordered wrap around text for the wrist bands.
There were two different "parts" of the message. The first part was Morgan. The second part was "Safe Respectful Responsible". I had put some extra spaces when i submitted my proof that made me believe there would be some spacing between the two messages. When the products were delivered, there was no spacing at all between the two parts of the message, even though I had added spaces in the proof. I was disappointed with that.
