Placed an order for lanyards and badge holders. When received badge holders were wrong size. When I contacted customer service I was told they didn't have the correct badge holders so sent me the next smaller size which does not fit badges we have. I called and spoke to customer service and was told they were out of stock for correct badge size and it would be weeks before they were in. I asked why they just substituted the wrong size without contacting me and they couldn't explain why other than they wanted to give me some kind of badge holders. I asked to speak to a supervisor and was told one would call me right back. I didn't hear so called back and on the customer service line received a "closed" message and that their hours were 8am-6pm and it was only 520pm central time when I called. I called back this morning and was told that they do work until 6pm but they only answer calls until 5pm. It's now a day later and I still don't have a call back from a supervisor. The times I call they are either not in yet, in a meeting or something else. They also won't transfer to a supervisor or put one on directly they have to call you back. I now have to order the correct badges from another vendor and have to pay as much for the badges as the entire order with lanyards because I now have to pay expediting charges to get things here in time for the event. I do not recommend this company in any way, shape or form.
