Customer service was helpful when I called and when I chatted online. Product itself felt cheap and the text wasn't centered vertically on the wristband, the gray was more of a dolphin gray (bluish)...but the price was cheap, so what can I do? Oh well. Works for our needs right now. If I wanted a nicer product, I'd probably try someone else.

Website did not show me order breakdown before submittal and order was not received. We had to pick up order at fedex.

I ordered black and green swirl for my wristbands, and they came almost entirely black. It seems the green blended too much with the black, and they just look smudgy. I called customer service about it, and they said they would contact me via email for a claim, but I received nothing. My event is next weekend, so it's too late for any new order. I was dissatisfied in the end, but they will work.

Was not shown the final total until it ordered. Not too much direction on what kind of file to upload for tattoo etc... But, I'm happy that you can do this so quickly and that you use such great ink! I'm so glad I had you all do this instead of me trying to print and cut and mess with it.
