Fast easy and professional
Our buttons showed up quickly, and are just beautiful! I was worried that we didn't add our own cutting margins to the graphic, but you guys took care of it for us! Everything looks just terrific. Thanks!
Customer service was pretty good. Website doesn't update correctly. I think the order I received for my wristbands is actually still showing as "in production", which caused a bit of a panic on my end. It's also a pain that DHL won't leave a package without written authorization. Quality was good, and time from order to reception was good as well. Having the lead time for ground shipping as "x date...or later" isn't all that helpful...makes it hard to plan for an in-hands date when it SHOULD be there. I know that's a way to upsell expedited shipping, but it would be nice to guarantee something a few weeks out WILL be there without paying for overnight/2-day and getting really early.

A little confusing. It said that there was no charge on one page for text inside band, but when I went to check out it appeared to be one. Not happy with that. I have to wait to see bands and how quickly I can them to said how much I like them and if I will use your site again.
