I emailed a concern regarding a proof for my project because the image when uploaded did not show up. I never received a proof.
On my order I made the comment that I needed to know the weight of my order and no one ever responded.

I am glad I was able to find this item, and purchase it so easily. When my Wife received the pins, she was thrilled. She exclaimed,"This is just what I wanted".
This site made placing an order quick and easy. The only thing I would liked to have been able to find is an estimated delivery date. We are on a time crunch but, there is no need to pay more than necessary for shipping. An estimated delivery date would have been helpful in determining the shipping I needed. Additionally, my order never left the "pending" status on the site even after I have received the product. The communication from the company is lacking. Most companies will at least send an email when the order ships. I never received any communication. It was ok because I got the order on time with no problems but it would really be helpful to customers to have better communication.
The web site was easy to maneuver and the company lived up to their promises.

My initial order was taken and I was informed a day later that the colors & sizes were not available. This was a problem considering the labels were already ordered based on the misinformation given.
