Everything went ok, but could not find express shipping link. That covers only the ordering process. Delivery service was horrendous. When I called while ordering, I was assured I'd have the face masks within 2 weeks. When I didn't receive them, I called 5 times over the next 3 weeks. One time I was put on hold and the rep never came back. The other four times I was assured I'd have them in a week. Never happened. Opened a ticket on the RushSanitizers website. It got ridiculous when one response was, "I can't understand why you don't have them. They were in the packaging department." When I wrote back, a different agent said they hadn't been made yet due to a delay in receiving the materials. I finally got them on June 8,2020, after ordering them on April 15,2020. I needed them as soon as possible as I am 87 with health issues. I was given disposable ones by my daughter but didn't trust them to use in a supermarket, which is why I ordered these (soft reusable face masks). My daughter has had to do my supermarket shopping for me.

Received the Gel Sanitizer - wasn't shipped properly. The thin cardboard box that holds 4 1-gallon containers was placed inside a larger Fed Ex box - but there was no stuffing, paper, air packing - so the larger box moved a great deal in shipping. The individual bottles were not sealed under the caps - so about 8 oz in one bottle and 2 oz in another squeezed out - everything sticky and wet. I did send in comment - suggested more packing material and/or sealing the bottles under the caps. Received apology, was told shipping would be told of the mishap, offered 10% discount on next order.
