Its Good, I just wish they did Trade only Pricing. Product was thinner than it looks in pictures, but quality is good, overall good stuff
The almost racist comments pushing for American made bands was a bit insulting. It's not the consumers fault that unions within factories have inflated wages so high that you would have needed to add $1.50 to every single band ordered. That was absurd, and would have been an easy choice at $.15-.25 per band. That is the only issue I had with the whole process.

Overall, the products were good buys. I found it irritating to get daily automated phone calls telling me that my order was held up even after art issues were resolved and had gone into production. My time was wasted having to call in to ensure that there in fact was no further delays in my order.

THIS BUSINESS IS A SCHEME DONT USE!
After being contacted on May 20th about inappropriate handling of my order and the blatant disrespect of a customer service representative. I canceled my order numerous of times and we confirmed my order was canceled and the representative was taken action against... it's June 8th I call back concerning my refund all to speak to the same disrespectful representative and to be told my order wasn't canceled. THEY ARE OBVIOUSLY STEALING CUSTOMERS MONEY BY PLACING HOLDS ON ORDERS AND SAYING THEY TRIED TO CONTACT CUSTOMERS. THIS IS A SCEME PLEEEEAAASSSSSEE DONT DO ANY BUSINESS WITH 24hr WRISTBANDS!
Got the buttons very quick
Design process was a little clunky, but overall good experience. Arrived sooner than expected. We chose glow in the dark pink for the band. They don't glow as brightly as expected.
There was a problem with the art work that I sent. It took 10 days for my order to finally process even after I removed the artwork days before. I ended up paying to have my product expedited to ensure that I received by the date I needed them for. Once I received the product, the print was much smaller than I asked for. I was extremely disappointed with how my order was handled and with the product that I received.
