Images arrived warn off on many of the cups
My order did not arrive in time for the event. When I called, I couldn't get information about where they were in the production process. You have to pay extra for the imprinting to be done in the US instead of China (which I did) and you pay extra to see a sample to make sure the imprinting is correct.
I was not pleased with his company. I had ordered from them before and the quality was great. However on this order the set placement was unacceptable and they were not helpful in solving the problem.

I bough 8,000 coaster from this company and it looks like business cards paper, gloss. It sticks on the bottom of the cups and my customer had to bring it back and return the product to me. I own a printing shop for more than 24 years and never had so bad experience with a supplier as I'm having with them. They don't accept the product back, nobody can help you on the phone, and they don't care about you. Be careful with their bad services and customer satisfaction. Never will buy nothing from them again and do not recommend to nobody
