My order took a long time to arrive. 24 hour is a very misleading name. There was no estimated date a arrival provided when placing my order. Customer service called /left a message every day to say that something was wrong with my order / artwork. When I called back, they would say just disregard that. Your issue is resolved.

Armbands are falling off and not sticking like they are supposed to. Our customers are having to return to our Office, to have new armbands applied.

We loved our wristbands. I am glad we got to customize the colors and font. I also like that we got 100 free. Thank you. We will be ordering again.
I paid extra for quicker shipping. After I placed the order I received an email warning me that shipping might be delayed due to Covid-19. I found that ridiculous. Covid was here more than two months already, you knew about it before I placed my order. Your shipping calculator tells you exactly how much it will cost on each day it can be delivered. The warning should have been before placing the order. Not after it was placed. Luckily The order did arrive on schedule and I wasn't stuck. Just left with the feeling that I wouldn't shop here again!

Called customer service and everyone had an accent. It was very hard to understand them. The line had a lot of distortion.
A little irritated that I have to send my ID every single time I order however they arrive sooner than expected, in great condition with no breakage and they are exactly the design we ordered and look good.
