Great customer service...quick and efficient!

I easily created a design, and it translated perfectly to the finished product. Overall, I'm happy with my order, but found the experience stressful and expensive because I had to pay extra to speed up the production of my order.

I ordered 100 face masks, they arrived with printing issues and, oh, they're $#*!ing HUGE. Absolutely useless. Customer service keeps brushing me off, saying that this is their only and standard size. They're a scam.

You guys were quick to respond to my message, however, you should know the normal proportion of a human face! My smile and my face on the mas are twice as big as my face so it looks ridiculous when I put the mask on. Also, the mask itself is not for a woman's face. It doesn't stay in place because it's very wide.

I appreciated the patience of the customer service rep as I agonized over the best design. So glad I was able to see a proof since I am not a technical guru and had difficulty using the design tool (MY fault, not yours!). Thank you for the ability to upgrade the delivery in order to have the rounded square hand fan in time for my event!

Ink smeared

With coronavirus, I was nervous about shipping limitations, but this company exceeded my expectations. These koozies arrived earlier than expected and they were so well made.

Happy I found this website! Will definitely order again.

If I could give them ZERO stars I would. This company is the worst. The quality is garbage and the customer service is equal. I ordered koozies for a special occasion and they looked nothing like the proof I paid to approve and they weren't printed straight. I had to toss them in the trash and reorder from another company. NEVER AGAIN! Save yourself money and a headache and avoid this company.

The only step that I think was needed was to send a proof of what the design would look like. I had a small back band and two corners that I would have taken off had I seen them before printing

These are disposable masks not advertise anywhere as disposable. They are nice for disposable masks but it should have been advertised that they are disposable not reusable

Phone connection was a problem
Half my order was wrong. 100 masks had wrong printing. I called and was told I would get an email with instructions on how to return the wrong masks. I have not yet seen that email.
