My order was not placed when I called in and submitted my credit card information. When I called back a week later is when it shipped. Then the order was lost by UPS and a replacement sent out. I received both orders on the same day. The replacement order was printed horribly and I would not have been able to use it if the original order had not arrived. Half of the design was not on the badges. These were favors for my wedding and to try to reprint the replacement (if the original order did not arrive) would've been pushing my deadline. It seemed to me that the replacement order was rushed through just to get it to me and no one proofed it. Overall, I was very happy with the product and our guests were impressed. It all worked out in the end, but it appeared to me that someone was not paying attention to the details on two separate occasions. This could've really turned out badly for my wedding, but thankfully did not.
Easy to order and super fast delivery.
So far it has been easy and hassle free. I'm a returning customer and I'm reordering more of a previously ordered product. As long as I continue to receive great service and a great product, I will continue to order from this company.

My wristbands arrived on time, which was my biggest fear that they wouldn't. I needed them in 2 days and I had them as promised. We passed them out at our local Homecoming Parade and they were a big Hit!

Fast delivery
I like to know my expected ship date and if there will be any taxes before I place my order. Adding on extra fees after an order is placed makes the customer not have trust in your company.
My bracelets came quick but the text is not centered correctly on all of them which is unfortunate.

I like the bracelets, but wish that the inside lettering would be more visible. It's very hard to see the wording on the inside of the bracelet; other than this, I do really like the ways the outside of the bracelet looks

I inadvertently waited until the last minute to order wristbands for a fundraiser, I contacted the company to make sure there was still time and to get pointers to make sure I did everything correctly when I placed the online order. The customer service person was very helpful and friendly. I placed the order with no problems, actually received the delivery earlier than expected AND the wristbands look great!
