Seemed to have forgotten our order- had to reorder- not sure so order arrived later then the delivery was late with FEDEX putting item in a difficult to find location

Only complaint would be the final price not matching the charges. I saw other comments about this and knew it was coming, just recommend not being so sneaky about it. Show it in the checkout screen and be upfront with all charges.
Coupon code process could have been a little bit more smooth, allowing you to remove a coupon code to add another. Otherwise, it was great.

I order bulk koozies very often, and was excited when I thought I found somewhere that is user friendly and has great variety with assorted qty discounts... However when purchasing the koozies I thought that they were going to be "high quality" as they are listed... Unfortunetly they are very loose and are hardly snug with a solo cup let alone a can.
And now in waiting for something that is up to standards I may not be able to make the deadline at all at this point and be at a total loss.
My second time ordering, great experience.

I would have liked more options in the design of the band. The font options were slim and it would have been nice to use two fonts on one line if wanted. Overall happy with the way turned out. Just saw it differently in my head.
