I don't know how, but between the time I placed the order order at $179, the final check out price was something like $225. Did not notice before I hit "send", so that's not great.
Buttons seem to be a bit off center. Some of the pastic covering is scratched.

I had to re-enter my info 5 TIMES when I went back a screen to add or change something I had to completely start over. A little annoying.
I paid for one day production and 1 day shipping and it came right on time.
I also paid for clip art(heart) to be placed before and after a date and that was not on the bands.
The color and quality of the band is very pretty.
The script & font of the words are nicely done and easy to read.
The product was very impressive, and it arrived on time.
Happy we got the bands so fast got them Monday and was not expecting till Wednesday. Not happy with the extra $60 that was added to my bill after I conformed the order. Would have rather seen the extra charges before then! Charges are understandable but should have been seen before completing order. Also when I called in to find out about charges I was on hold for 20 mins and then your system kicked me out so I called back and had to wait another 30 mins. So I was not able to adjust part of the extra charges on my account because in you policy's it says you have to call within 5 mins to do that;(
Easy to order & low prices!
I was happy to find such a place with a great turnaround rate. However, when I received my order I was generally satisfied until I started to go through each wristband. There were about 40-50 wristbands that were smudged and smeared! I ordered 250 wristbands and I was not satisfied with so many unusable wristbands.
