This site was better, easier, and more economical than other sites that I rersearched. I am not pleased with the end result. I ordered 6 buttons, 3 had a blue line through the bottom. The picture didn't fill the 3.5" area-too much plain area, and 4 of the 6 had indentations where the next pin rubbed against them in shipping. This button was of a little boy that passed away from cancer several years ago. The family wanted to wear the buttons with their other kids.

I was given a different price at check-out than what I got in the conformation e-mail and actually, there were two DIFFERENT totals on THAT e-mail, neither of which made any sense. I also was told I 'qualified' for 'free' extra one hundred wrist band that were not actually free and had to be explained that it was in the 'fine print' a $15 handling fee to get them. I had to call customer service about the discrepancy. They did take care of me, but I don't think it is very good business to try to 'hide' fees and I was charged a lot of different fees when my actual total was $105 and all of the sudden became over $200. I would rather know straight up than try to hunt and peck for 'fees'... As a busy business person and trying to promote a new business and get it off the ground, I don't have the time to look for hidden fees. I think most would agree. I would tend not to repeat business with a company who tries to make money off of me by charging hidden fees and hoping I don't catch it. Word of mouth can do a lot of damage and when you feel cheated, it doesn't make for happy customers. But, I usually will give a second chance if the product is good and I was at least impressed that customer service was willing to work with me.
