When I had called to check on my order because I could not do it on line, I was placed on hold and waiting for my turn to talk to someone. Well 2 times I got to your the next caller and got disconnected. The 3rd time I got to talk to someone. So in the long run I was on the phone for just about an hour waiting. I was not happy at all as my time is limited and I needed to know when my order would be here. Other than that i am pleased with the order.

Had problems with the initial order 5/19, hopefully this one works! The second order came through, the first got lost in the shuffle I guess during online ordering. Glad it's done! I will be back!
Easy to upload image, good value
My husband will be deployed soon. We had the kids help design bracelets that everyone could wear while he is gone. My kids loved all the different options and choices.
