They are ok...wonder if I hadn't ordered them with the 24 hour shipping if they might have been trimmed nicer. They have jagged edges. Also...the shipping charges are quite high. Customer service was very nice.
The order process was easy but if you have special instructions or are unsure of the colors, contact them by phone or email. Don't assume it'll come out okay.

Thanks That was Super easy! Yes, it was an easy working site. But for some reason my ending price that showed up did not include the "extra charge" for the "FREE" 100 bands. I will not order again. But i do like the bands i received. I am not use to doing this so i have learned to read ALL the fine print before placing an order.

The only suggestion is to have an onscreen preview of the item to try out different fonts, colors, etc. I know other web sites with custom products do this.

I was confused by the name 24Hour Wristbands when I found that it was going to take two weeks for my order. The total price was not itemized, so I have no idea how the price got so high. One of the agreements I made was $25.00 off my order in exchange for the company logo being printed on the inside of the bracelet. I did not get that price reduction. I had a terrible time understanding the customer service people and the live chat is never open. After several calls to clarify the mailing address, my order was still sent to the wrong address. Luckily the FedEx carrier cared enough to contact me to find out the correct address. I will not deal with this company again. I am happy with the product now that it has arrived. It is for a cancer victim fund raiser, so we wanted to keep the cost down as much as possible. I agreed to the China printing to save $5.00, but I have no idea if I actually got that price reduction either. At one point, my order was $82.90 but my charge card was hit for $111.
The wrist bands came first, I noticed colors were off, but use-able. The tattoos came second. 2X3 is really 1X3, UN-useable! The cozies came last, colors Way off and back print UN-readable. If I were to do again, I would get a sample first!
