Quick delivery, but overall unsatisfied with quality of product - specifically the execution of our logo and the overall look of fading in the printed area.

The quality was great! Items arrived late, and when I called to figure out what was going on, the customer service was absolutely terrible! I've used them quite a few times before and my experience has been fine, but this time I was not happy.

Quick and easy to order, the logo came out good. Just the product itself seems cheap but we'll see.

It's really expensive compared to others. I bit the bullet and upgraded because I needed it before the weekend. I hope it comes in time.

Delivered fast. The mask is great for daily common use.

I'm upset. All of my fans came to my house warped from moisture outside. I wish they were packed in a plastic bag. It was a complete waste of money.

For having uploaded and paying for my own design, I found the proof fee to be a tad expensive. I paid it regardless because I want to ensure the quality of my design is displayed properly on the pin, but I almost did not pay the fee for that service at all.

They were nicely done and just what I had made besides one problem. I had the exact same size and design done on the koozies but for some reason the writing on the blue ones are much smaller.

Needed to be able to hold an event in our building.

Decent product. Customer Service is useless though. Paid extra for "Rush Processing", 4-day shipping, and "Individually Wrapped". Didn't get any of them. When I contacted Customer Service for at least a partial refund, all I got was a bunch of form letters saying per T&Cs we don't have to do anything to help you.

Most likely will never do business with these people again.

Fast service & quality product!

I would like to option to just re-order. The person on the phone told me I had to start over and design again... really? This is my third order of the exact same product. I should be able to just re-order.

Talking to an expert was very helpful.

Nice to design your own product and have it arrive as ordered.

So far so good. Like the way the checkout shows the price as you choose options. When the product arrived - later than expected considering I paid for expedited printing and delivery, it was wrong. Inside out. Waste of money.

Great to work with and loved the bracelets

Everything was great, my only issue is that the face masks are one size and don't fit larger heads. I want to order a bunch more, (like 50-100), but I'm concerned whether they'll fit everyone I want to give them too.
