We placed a rush order for custom koozies for a friend's birthday! The ordering process was straightforward (even when using our own artwork files) and the color options extensive, and the final product looked just as good as we hoped it would! I ordered bags for my company. I ordered the item with a 45 day lead time so I could have them for my next show. They shipped them to me with the wrong logo. I returned the bags. They want me to pay to rush the order. When I said I would not they said the bags I need are out of stock. I will not have my bags for a month.
I will not be using them again.
