Took a little longer than I expected, took 3 days vs. 1, but I ordered during Holidays so I expected as much.
We are a nonprofit organization and sometimes your prices are a little high for my budget but overall your product and service is very good.
Great fast service but imprint on napkin is off centered. I feel that for price I paid napkins should have been centered.

Unfortunately, I wasn't impressed with the quality of the products I received. Some of the wristbands are thinner than other. The debossed imprint is difficult to read on a few of them. The imprint is off-center on a few of them as well.

It was very easy and fun to order. Very happy with the finished product! Will be a repeat customer for sure.
I placed an order for 1500 wristbands with a time sensitive deadline to receive them and somehow my freight forwarder was able to cancel some artwork on the bands so that they could be shipped out on time. I was not even consulted and the company allowed this! Then, their customer service reps insisted they spoke to me about it when they absolutely never tried to make contact with me to verify the changes. As far as I'm concerned, that's fraud and I'm going to contact my credit card company to reject the payment. It's not what I ordered. Shop around for another company. If I had read reviews on this company before ordering from them, I would have definitely found a different, more trustworthy company to do business with. "My company ordered 1000 hand fans for a time sensitive event. We were please to receive the order within the window after several contacts with production to expedite the order. However, upon receiving shipment it was clear that we made a mistake in choosing this company. About 1/2 of the fans had come unglued during shipment. On many of the fans, the print was put on either sideways or printed with incorrect margins (the wording was cut off) and were unusable. We had to pay 4 staff members for 4 hours to glue the salvageable fans back onto the stick the day before the event. When we asked the company to make it right, we were told we can ship the entire order back for a refund. Of course we could not do this as we had to pass out what was usable. We have sent several emails since to resolve the issue without any response. Our last correspondence was July 26,2016--4 months ago, so we know we are being ignored. FIND SOMEONE ELSE--any cost savings you get is not worth it!"
