Quick and easy, reasonably priced. Only complaint in my custom design kept reformatting. Would have appreciated being able to edit my design without having to reformat everything, every time.

Update: while waiting for my product to be delivered I received several updates regarding the status of my order, i.e. Order received, screen printing, packaged, shipped, etc. I loved this! The package was received on time and it is great quality. My mistake, I thought the cups would be bigger (they are actually small), so I was a little disappointed. But the cup was the size I ordered (12oz). It would have been nice to maybe have a size relation image, like an image of a real person holding the cup size. If I ordered again, I'd get the bigger size cup.

Let me first explain why these lanyards are so important. On 11/02/16 a junior at Grand Junction High School committed suicide by shooting himself in the parking lot of the school. Before that on 08/12/16 a senior committed suicide by jumping off a cliff. This school has dealt with two teen suicides in less than 3 months. My son, who is a senior, has a goal to get these lanyards with the suicide phone number to every student possible. The first 100 we ordered went very fast, which is why I did 24 hour production and overnight shipping. The first order of lanyards was great! I was impressed and ordered more. The exact fabric (premium), color, saying, graphics... nothing changed! The lanyards came on different fabric, a different color and different ink. The ink will rub off only using your finger. Called and was told there is no guarantee they will all look the same... but I sure ordered the same and PAID the same! I will NEVER do business with this company again and relay that to everyone I know! I plan on doing a review on every site I can find!
