Ummm, where is it? Paid for rushed production and shipping and it's been over three weeks! Was for a function on the 12th of July. Oh well.

The cups where small, but overall I can still use them.

Got an email about "artwork flaw"
Called and was told...
I ordered 6000 units, (an online option) checked out successfully YET now they say they dont offer that quantity and I would have to pay more for 7000 or refunded for 5000 units. To upgrade to 7000 i would have to pay an additional $150 but with downgrading to 5000 I would get a refund of 22$.
They would NOT honor the original sale and the refund process took 8 phone calls and 5 "tickets" they were not easy to deal with, and dishonest.
DONT WASTE YOUR TIME AND MONEY.
Great product eady to breath
Although they didn't have the exact background color I wanted, we got close. The silver metallic thread sparkles and these patches look really great! Will definitely be working with you again
Prices are reasonable. Did take longer to process and ship.
Other than the fact that I was lied to about:
1. Where is it made.
2. How quickly it would get here.
3. The delivery from FedEx was as bad if not worse than the lying I received...other than that I am happy
