I would give this place a 0 if I could. I placed a large order of masks from them. They are supposed to be a universal or adult size. The masks only fit children or petite women. I asked for them in black they gave us grey. I went back and forth with them to insure they would be black and the logo was in the correct place. I waited 3 weeks for them to come. Once they were received I found the dye was missed in some places and even went in areas it should not. The dyed over a tag in the front that has a big white square behind it. The seams are falling apart on some or not sewed right. The material is not stretchy at all. It fits kids but not adults. When putting them on it opens the middle part on the mask showing the white color on the fabric. I have called to get a refund all to be told to submit a ticket. I submitted the ticket and all I get is a back and forth reply to tell me that they can only give a 10% refund which is no where near what I spent ordering 250 masks for them all to be the worst product. I need a full refund! These are for a company and you cannot have your company walking around with horrible looking masks! They're 100% money back guarantee as advertised on their site is a lie! Do not trust them!

While the wristbands were 4-5 stars, as expected, the delivery time and customer service response was 1-2 stars. We paid for production/shipping and received and verbally verified the arrival date. We received no notice that our wristbands would not arrive on time. We called the afternoon of the paid and promised date and were told that it would be five days more before we received our product. We had no yellow wristbands to give our deploying veterans or their family members. Customer service would not give us a full refund on the rush shipping fee, and offered a partial refund. While we understood the standard "production is slowed due to COVID", we had called to confirm the date and our money was taken guaranteeing that date. We will not be using this company again.
