Colors did not match and my discussion with customer service was not satisfactory.

Description of product should explain more on the size, what material its made of, or just a way to help understand what you're getting with your money.

Ordered multiple items and charged 2 shipping rates. Should combine items and save customer cost.

I already stated on the previous survey that I was neutral about the item. The design was printed offset, which looks a little funny on the glasses. A few showed up with cracks and a few had scratches.

I misread my checkout price and though I was overbilled. I was not, but they still took care of me and returned the money that I thought I was overcharged. I will know for next year though but I really appreciated the service and product.

Ordering the wristbands I needed was super easy, cheaper than anywhere else I had already looked, and Nate was great. He was very helpful and got my order submitted and confirmed in less than 5 minutes.

Ease of design and pricing were key to our purchase. Not having to purchase a large amount to receive good pricing was a huge plus.

I thought you had what I was looking for but what I ordered was not what I was expecting, paper-wise. The process was easy and the company responsive, but alas, I am not happy with the paper itself. I will keep looking.
