Quick, nice service
My first time purchasing from them and Murphy (via chat) answered my question lickidy split! I am excited to get my wristbands and I will be back to leave another review regarding how they came out... stay tuned!
When we ordered the wristbands, we were told we would have them before a Sunday when we needed them. We did not get them until Monday morning (the day after). They called us asking if it would be okay to get them at a later date. We told them "no" and we paid extra to have them by the date we needed them, so they did not keep their part of the bargain.
I was using this site in order to design and order some customizable fans for my school's robotics team. They had a healthy library of different shapes and designs for me to chose from and I was quickly able to find one that suited my needs. The fans were extremely cheap compared to other sites that I had found.
Unfortunately, the site makes it hard to see what your designs look like before you send them. They offer a sort of way around this (you order a preview of your design before they make them but this only is applicable after you've given them your money).
Disregarding this, they have a great live chat service that connects you with employees that can help you tell you what you need to know (I was connected with an exemplary worker named Murphy). It can be a little slow at times but that it to be expected with things like this.
All in all, it was a pretty good experience and it outshined similar situations with other services.
Awesome price - great ordering experience
I love the fact that I can go online and make up my own wristbands this is an excellent website and I look forward to doing more business with you the bands are a perfect fit well printed well.
We ordered regular woven lanyards. The wrong lanyard was sent. When I called, the customer service agent said that the lanyards we received were an upgrade. Did not want the upgrade, but we were stuck with the product because we needed it for an event the next day.
That being said, the graphics and the printing of the lanyards were just fine.
I was a little hesitant about ordering anything based off some of the reviews, but figured I'd see for myself. I order 50 custom koozies for a baby shower & they turned out wonderful! They look exactly like the sample i saw when designing them. They arrived within a week and a half which was fine because I ordered way in advance. I would definitely recommend as long as you are giving yourself enough time in case they don't arrive as quickly as you'd like.
Very happy with the quality of these products. They are also very fairly priced and the shipping was faster than I was expecting.
I spoke with Randall and he was extremely helpful and knowledgeable in the products that I was ordering.
Service was great, but the color didn't come out quite as I hope and the logo was runny at the edges of some of the shots. I wish there was a better way to approve a color that's not through the computer screen.
This product is great but arrived late and held up our sell of the product.
I appreciate the real-time proof on imprinted materials to get an idea what the finished product will look like.
