Do not order from this company. I order 15 customized masks for Covid. I was told that it would take 5 days for production and 7 days for shipping. After two weeks in production, I was told that I could pay an extra fee and they could expedite my order. This was not what was originally stated. Once I finally received my order, 5 of the 15 masks were improperly sewn together. Now, I am in a battle with them trying to get them to fix the problem. This company is a scam. They will not allow you to talk to upper management. We will see what they do to rectify the issue. I will not be a repeat customer!

I paid $2,700 for an electrostatic sprayer, I paid next day delivery and received 5 days later. The day I received contact CS to let them know Machine doesn't work. We find out that the battery is the problem. As a today 17 days later I haven't received the battery. But they give me a tracking # FOR THE BATTERY, they create the label but no package to be pick up.
It has 1 year warranty but they don't want to honor that.

I ordered custom face masks on June 15th. I was promised delivery by July 3rd. When the order had not even gone into production by the 30th of June I called to cancel the order I was told that it would be a $40 cancellation cost I agreed begrudging. Three days later I was refunded the $40 cancellation cost and was told that it was too late to cancel the order. It is now July 24th and I have been told that the order has shipped. I have repeatedly demanded that this order be canceled to no avail. If you need your product in less than 30 to 60 days do not order from this company and they will not give you any help in your issue. Also disregard anything in the terms and conditions on their website they do not stand behind their own rules.
