The rendering is not the same as the message I typed. Also, I don't like being forced to set up an account to do business with you. Lastly, FREE should mean FREE. If there is an additional charge for the "free" 100 bracelets, then you should just say, "Get an additional 100 bracelets for just $15.00." That would still be a good deal. But to process the order without the additional fee and then include it on the final receipt is nothing short of SHADY.

Cheaper is not always better. Customer service is fast but they do not have many resources to help. Website is easy to use. Consistency of product and quality control is not great.
Terrible communication. They are quick to send emails and texts that they have questions to be answered but never did I get a response to my questions. I spoke to 2 different people on the phone, one I couldn't understand and just kept repeating the same sentence over and over and the other sounded like she was in a garage and told me they have never offered what I ordered - which the website let me order!
