I definitely recommend to potential customers that they purchase the option to view a proof before printing. It's just a few extra bucks, but can save you millions in headaches if there happens to be something wrong with the graphic. Which there was in my case (it was my fault, not theirs. Lol) They kept me informed of every step in the process. Very friendly customer service.
They were exactly what I wanted
There was a few smudged ones
The signs were shipped in a large oversize carton, with no padding. Half the signs had crumpled corners.
Ordered 16oz cups got 12oz cups even with pictures showing the cup only holds 12oz they won't fix them. Instead they want to give $8 to go away.

I had paid for faster printing time, this did not happen. When I received the mask, they were small and tight, they are unable to be used. Therefore this has been a waste of my money... I liked the mask they were just small for an adult
My one complaint is that I wasn't notified there was a proof waiting (I thought I had unchecked the proof request) and this held up my order for a few days.
Good Customer Service and Fast Shipping
Just wish you could choose multiple colored fonts in one order. You have to split it up and then you don't get the cheaper pricing even if the layout is the same. We wanted to do a mixture of colors for our wedding and ended up having to just pick one.
