Great customer service and expediency!

Great product

I was sad to have to pay 50cents each more to get them made in america and quickly.This was more than the price of each bracelet. Since this is for my dear friend who was recently diagnosed with cancer of the lymph nodes I have no choice but to pay the extra.

Arrived right on time! Coasters turned out great. Customer service was very helpful when I had questions and when requesting alterations to my proof.

We received exactly what we ordered.

Great purchase! My only complaint is that the writing came out a bit smaller than I would have liked.

I called before I placed order with company to ask a question. I was hoping I could place the order with a person, but I could not. I had to use the website. At the end, the product I wanted and thought I ordered was not the right thing. I could not use.

Overall the process was very painless. I was able to place an order, have it rush printed and delivered in time. There were a few billing issues which they alerted me to and resolved quickly and easily...most of it being handled online. Products were received in a timely fashion as scheduled even given the short timeline.
