Easy process and turn around time
We paid extra shipping to receive our order by October 11th and did not receive it until October 17th. I've talked to 3 different people at 24hour wristbands asking for our shipping charges to be reimbursed but just keep getting told we chose standard shipping. I chose the shipping choice of October 11th. I could have chose no extra cost for shipping and according to what the website showed received them the 17th. Your website is very misleading and we will not order from you again, nor recommend anyone ordering from you. I feel shipping reimbursement is only fair considering the circumstances.

This was our second year ordering the wristbands for our Pride parade. We were miss led as far as shipping goes and had to pay an additional 67.00 for shipping. Our order was wrong. Your company does not take responsibility for anything even when you are in the wrong. Your customer service was not up to par. I can definitely say I WILL NOT purchase anything from you again. You have lost a great customer as we are a corporation that would have spent a lot of money year over year with you.

I'm slightly disappointed with the arrival date. I was notified shortly after placing my order that I would most-likely receive my order on Oct. 12. I didn't receive any updates saying it would be later.
