It would have gone a lot better if I was working with people in the United States. I was not satisfied with the extreme delays in communications and I had to pay extra to get my order to me on time as a result of this.

While their website is very easy to order from, don't believe their production times at all. You must pay for expedited shipping to get their "free rush production" time or they don't even put it into production.
I ordered a set of napkins 19 days before an event and asked for 2-day rush production and when I called for an update 15 days later, they hadn't even started it and then used that to get a "fast" shipping fee of an extra $20. And the other order I had placed with them wasn't shipped to address I provided and they offered no help. Still don't have either order and their customer service is an absolute, rude, joke.

Product as ordered
I ordered custom logo balloons for a patient appreciation event at my office this month. Production took much longer than was stated when I placed the order and I had trouble getting ahold of anyone to give me information regarding my order. The order finally arrived and my logo is quite small. I ordered 9" balloons and the logo is no more than 2" when the balloon is fully inflated. Quite disappointing.

Needed some last-minute wristbands for my 20th High School Class Reunion, and these did NOT disappoint! Turn around time was FAST - I ordered to 2-Day rush because I'm a procrastinator. Got both the tyvek bands for Friday night and the custom cloth bands for Saturday night ON TIME. Good quality, great production on the cloth bands - they really had a wide variety of art to choose from. Would order from them again!
