Very quick shipping, and exactly as ordered.
I ordered wristbands for my company for an event one full month in advance. The estimated arrival date they quoted was October 3rd. I went through with the order thinking that was plenty of time. Even if they were a couple days late (considering it's an estimation) they would be in time for the event on the 14th. It is now the 12th and they are telling me they won't be here until the 16th. I tracked the package and it's in Japan right now. So now I have wristbands that will be at my doorstep two days after the event I needed them for and the event name is on them so I cannot use them for anything else. They are telling me "it is out of their hands" and "I should have told them I was on a deadline." Their production takes way too long, their quoted estimations are way off and their customer service is horrendous.

I was able to get instant answers overnight! The only thing that surprised me was that they flagged my order because my mailing address and shipping address did not match. But customer service was quick and my order arrived early.
